This is a 12 inch cushion.   The lettering and date form a circle around the single bow used to tie both rings.  It can be made in ivory or white dupion. The ribbon bow is in the same colour as the  fabric, embroidery  can be in any colour (though we think ivory on ivory or white on white look especially good).
